Full integration with original experience system and experience bar.
Heavily inspired by Pillars of Eternity leveling and pre 4.0.1 World of Warcraft weapon skill progression system. Feel free to train Lockpicking without actually gimping yourself! Skills don't give experience but they are capped relatively to player's level for balancing reasons (see skill caps section below). Now you can gain levels by completing quests and exploring.

INI sections of mods that are not currently enabled will be ignored by settings parser.
CSV file format for killing racial rewards has been replaced with INI file format (this step was needed because race EditorID does not necessarily need to be unique in context of the whole load order, it uses modname + editorID pairs now).
XP rewards are buffered now and processed in 1 second delay, multiple rewards will be awarded in one chunk.
repeating the same objective by dropping the quest item and picking it up again substracts the same amount of XP it rewarded originally.
Miscellaneous objective completions are now included in iXPObjectives.
completing quest objectives is now rewarded with XP, related setting: iXPObjectives.
code has been refactored to use CommonLib and Address Library (version independent).
